As the founder and owner of TWT Investigations, I lead a licensed private investigation team serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The  agency is supported by decades of superior investigative experience in city, county, state, and federal law enforcement. Based on my distinguished record of service in the United States Air Force—where I held Top Secret SCI/SBI clearances—I bring an unwavering commitment to confidentiality, analysis, and precision to every case.

My team and I have built our experience on critical roles in criminal, financial, narcotics, and cyber investigations, as well as undercover operations and complex felony cases. One of our core members served over 20 years with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), contributing extensive expertise in narcotics investigations and interagency coordination. 

My own prior assignments include work with the Fremont Police Department (CA) on narcotics investigations, violent crime investigations, and undercover surveillance operations, and with the Oakland Police Department (CA) on gang,and narcotics investigations, and public corruption investigations. Beyond traditional law enforcement, my leadership experience includes maximum-security prison oversight and executive correctional management. I served as a Warden and, ultimately, the Chief of Prisons for a state-wide prison system, supervising large-scale security operations, mitigating risk, and directing specialized investigative units.

Today, my team is proficient and has substantial experience and knowledge in surveillance operations, evidence collection, expert witness testimony, and collaborative partnerships that enhance investigative outcomes. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Public Policy and Urban Affairs from the University of Delaware.
